Mushroom Manchurian is an ideal indo chinese food and it has flavours of exotic spices and

Cashew nuts-2tbsp
Coriander leaves-2 springs

Procedure:
- Make a batter by mixing ingredients for batter, the consistency of this batter should be of dosa batter consistency.
- Heat oil in a kadai and once oil gets heated dip these mushroom pieces in batter and add one by one to oil and fry till golden brown.
- Once you take out the pieces from oil after frying place these mushrooms on tissue paper so as to absorb excess oil.
- Take another pan and heat 2tbsp oil in it and add garlic pieces, green chillies, curryleaves, cashewnuts any fry for 2-3minutes till nice aroma comes out.
- Add curd to above pan and mix it.
- Add tomato sauce and deep fried mushroom pieces and mix them and fry them till all the gravy reduces and mushrooms becomes dry.
